I got my period. I woke up around 2am and there it was. I feel much better. And it explains why my weight hasn’t dropped in days and I’ve been having so many cravings. My hips and lower back had been cramping too. I had all the signs but did not believe I’d get my period. I’m going to assume this is my new normal. I’m thinking I may keep eating 1200 calories opposed to 1500 like I was planning. Maybe I’ll try 1500 this month and see how it goes. That sounds good. I’m having a little cramps but they’re not awful. I’ve been up since 2:30am, I went to bed at 7:30pm. My sleep schedule should be fixed soon. It usually takes me a week or so.
My stomach hurts. I regret wanting my period.
